Since 1978 Employee Benefit Design, Inc. has provided retirement plan services which includes plan design, document services, compliance, employee communication and administrative support.

 

 

Summary of Services

Plan Design Analysis
Careful review of the sponsoring company's business needs combined with a face to face discussion will allow us to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of various plan design features. We will design a retirement plan around your needs not our product interest.

Implementation
EBD will assist in the preparation of the necessary documents and the selection of investment service providers.

Communication
Our consultants will conduct employee meetings initially and ongoing as needed . Clients and their tax advisors are encouraged to contact us to discuss plan issues for no additional cost.

Annual Administration
Includes plan year-end anniversary review, account reconciliation and signature ready IRS/DOL forms. We will interface with you and your accountant around your schedule. This will allow you to determine cash flow needs and be able to take advantage of any tax saving that may be available.

Compliance
EBD will perform required compliance testing and suggest plan modifications when needed.
